Packaged Tours - Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation

To secure your reservation for a package, a deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required upon confirmation of the reservation.
The deposit will be applied towards the overall cost of your package.
The deposit is non-refundable.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance, constituting 50% of the total package cost, is due no later than 60 days before the scheduled start date of your package.
If your booking is made within 60 days or less of the start date of the tour, the total amount of the package is due at the time of booking.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via major credit cards via the link we will send to you.
Payments must be made in EURO currency, or a conversion fee may apply.

Late Payments

Failure to make the final payment by the specified due date (60 days before the start date) will result in booking cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations

If you elect to cancel your booking for any reason, cancellations are subject to fees which vary by the date the cancellation notice is received relative to the package’s start date, and by package.
Generally, cancellations made more than 45 days before the package start date are eligible for a refund excluding the fee and the non-refundable deposit; whereas cancellations made 30 days or less before the package start date are usually non-refundable, and the full package amount will be retained. Please consult the Terms and Conditions of your individual package.

Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as promptly as possible. Most refunds are processed within six weeks of being requested.

Modifications

Any modifications to the existing booking may be subject to additional fees and are subject to availability.
Requests for significant changes to our packages are considered Customizations. Once a Change or Customization has been quoted, accepted, and confirmed, it is generally subject to the same cancellation policy that applies to your package.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Force Majeure
